What is Self  Development ?

Self Development is when one takes ownership or responsibility for their own individual development and learning.

It can include the development of any aspect of one’s life from  Relationships to Career or simply an increase in Self Awareness.This is achieved in many ways. e.g.

By education and learning. retraining, going back to college or university.

By exploring and developing one’s self through therapeutic support such as counselling, group work, personal development courses.

By learning or developing better life skills such as Assertiveness, Confidence Building..Communication Skills.

It is widely viewed that we continue to develop our self when we are open to new learning, understanding and awareness.
